ADMS Service Offerings

Jitlan has developed two wrapper service offerings around Microsoft’s ADMS offering in order to provide customers with a complete end-to-end solution for their AD Consolidation needs. Our service offerings are a perfect complement to the ADMS offering by providing proven, experienced help in organizing and remediating applications prior to commencing the monthly migration service.

Using the Jump Start service can considerably reduce potential user impacts as well as shave off several months to get to end of job. The Pro Management Service provides experienced project management, which keeps the focus on what counts, getting the migration done quickly with minimal impact to the users. Both the Jump Start & Pro Management services will pay for themselves through the ADMS savings.

Ensure your ADMS project is a success by Jump starting it. We help guide the customer through the pre-requisite network configurations, AD readiness & ADMS VPN connectivity. We ensure that the trusts are properly setup and we coordinate AD Health checks to remedy anything that might negatively affect the velocity of the migrations once we get things started with the ADMS Service.

We help plan the target mappings for the users, groups, organizational units, computers & the re-engineering of the GPOs.

Lastly and probably the most important, we help coordinate the App Assessment & Remediation’s in order to clear the way to get the ADMS migrations started.

What is included

We provide a senior project manager as well as a senior specialist (AD, Network, ADMS & App Remediation’s). Our role is to guide and manage the customer resources through the process.

  • Onsite 3 day workshop (travel costs included*)
  • Detailed Project Plan (4 or 8 weeks)
  • Bi-weekly reviews for the duration of the Jump Start project
  • Weekly executive reports

Should the customer require additional help such as Network, AD specialists or Business Analysts for the AR component, additional resources or bank of hours can be purchased separately. Our offering can be tailored to meet the most demanding customer environments.

The ADMS Pro Management Service is designed to provide the customer with an experienced team to assist in the execution of the migration itself. We work with the customer to plan out the migration and choose the appropriate migration strategies that fit the customer’s requirements and risk profile.

A great plan can get you to 70% but Real Experience is what can get you over the finish line. The Jitlan ADMS Pro Management Service provides that experience and peace of mind.
